About the Chef

Geri-Ann Mastromarino

My name is Geri-Ann Mastromarino and I am the Executive Chef. I have worked in some of the finest restaurants and country clubs throughout Manhattan and Long Island, where I grew up. I attended and graduated from culinary school with a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from SUNY Cobleskill. After college I worked as an Event Chef for an upscale, off premise catering company. After leaving the big city behind, my journey began and continues with Hilton! I cut my teeth as Sous Chef and quickly worked my way to an Executive Level position and leader of our culinary team. I take pride in my accomplishments and use my diverse experience to create this menu. We focused our research on the latest trends and newest techniques in catering. We have geared many of our menu offerings on the healthier side and can provide many gluten free and vegetarian options with a twist. We look forward to providing you and your guests an unforgettable experience!
